Terms & Conditions for Amenity Hire

All prices are subject to VAT and are quoted ex depot from Barrington House Yard, Wigtoft Road, Sutterton, Boston, Lincs.

Transport can be arranged at cost or customers can collect or arrange collection themselves.

Fuel used must be replaced or paid for.

Loss of parts or accessories or repairs caused by operator negligence or misuse or excessive wear and tear will be charged for.

INSURANCE - Comprehensive Insurance MUST be covered by the Hirer. 

A valid 'Hired In' Insurance Policy MUST be shown or faxed prior to commencement of hire. 

IF this is not done, or is not in force, there will be a 10% Insurance Surcharge on the hire price.  If this insurance option is accepted, a statutory £500 excess will be charged in the event of any claim. 

A washing charge of £50.00 (MINIMUM) will be made if machine is returned unwashed.
