Terms & Conditions
All prices are subject to VAT
and are quoted 'ex depot'.
Transport can be arranged at cost or customers can collect or arrange collection themselves.
Fuel used must
be replaced or paid fo. Wearing parts are chargeable.
Loss of parts or accessories or repairs caused bu operator negligence or
misuse (including contaminated fuel) or excessive wear & tear will be charged for.
INSURANCE - Comprehensive Insurance MUST be
covered by the Hirer.
A valid 'Hired-In' Insurance Policy MUST be shown or faxed prior to commencement of hire.
IF this is not done,
or is not in force, there will be an Insurance Surcharge of 10% of the Hire Charges.
If this insurance option is accepted, a statutory
£500 excess will be charged in the event of a claim.
Tractors have immobilisors fitted. Their keys MUST BE REMOVED whilst unattended.
A
washing charge of £50 (MINIMUM) will be made if a machine is returned unwashed.
